The Intraneuron memory exam is designed to assess memory function and identify potential issues of impairment. If your ability to perform on the exam is impacted, by anxiety, fatigue, noise, technical problems or anything else send us an email at support@intraneuron.com and we will arrange for you to re-take the exam. Below you will find help with technical problems.


  • Check if your device is in Airplane mode and disable it if necessary.
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi is enabled and you are connected to the correct network.
  • Restart your device, modem, and router.
  • Verify if other devices can connect to the internet; if not, there might be an issue with your internet service provider.

  • Move closer to the Wi-Fi router to improve signal strength.
  • Close unnecessary apps or programs that may be using bandwidth.
  • Restart your device, modem, and router.
  • Check for software updates and update your device if necessary.
  • Consider using a wired connection (Ethernet) for better speeds.

  • Ensure your device is within range of the Wi-Fi router.
  • Check for interference from other electronic devices.
  • Update your device's network drivers or software.
  • Restart your device, modem, and router.

  • Move your device closer to the Wi-Fi router.
  • Remove obstacles or interference between your device and the router.
  • Update your router's firmware.
  • Consider using a Wi-Fi extender or mesh network system.

  • Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device.
  • Check if the network is hidden or has limited access.
  • Restart your device and Wi-Fi router.
  • Update your device's network drivers or software.

  • For computers or tablets: Access the Device Manager (Windows) or System Information (macOS) and locate the network adapter. Update or reinstall the drivers as necessary.
  • For phones: Access the Settings app and look for updates in the Software Update section. To update network settings, toggle Airplane mode or restart the device.
